Psalm 28:7 (ESV/emphasis added/jaj)...."The Lord IS my Strength AND my Shield; In HIM my Heart TRUSTS, AND I am Helped; my Heart Exults, AND With my Song I Give Thanks To HIM."....

PJP2 PROLOG POST 160726 -Job 21:22 (ESV/emphasis added/jaj)...."Will any teach God Knowledge, Seeing that HE Judges those who are on high?"....

As we continue to read through The Holy Spirit's Inspired Book of Job, there's several instances where Job's Integrity, even with his world crashing in upon, Rests Squarely on God's ROCK.  Even Job's 'three amigos' share.....Job 4:6 (ESV)...."Is Not your FEAR of God your Confidence, And The Integrity of your Ways your HOPE?"....

I am inclined to Think, as The Holy Spirit Nudges me along, that Job's Insight Into God's Character as a Loving God of Mercy and Grace, Helped him soldier on through his worst nightmares.  Oh that is not to say that Job isn't voicing his concerns......he clearly does raise up some questions that we'll consider in other PJP2s.....For today though, The Thought that keeps coming back is that Job Knew Well and TRUSTED The Unchanging Character of God and His Grace.....

Hear The Holy Spirit's Corroboration to Job's TRUST in God....

 Deuteronomy 33:27a-b (ESV/emphasis added/jaj)...."The Eternal God Is your Dwelling Place, And Underneath Are The Everlasting Arms."....

James 1:17-18 (ESV/emphasis added/jaj)...."Every Good Gift And Every Perfect Gift IS From Above, Coming Down From The Father of LIGHTS With Whom There Is NO variation or shadow due to change.  Of HIS Own Will HE Brought us forth By The WORD Of TRUTH, that we should be a kind of first-fruits of HIS creatures."....

Hebrews 13:8 (ESV/emphasis added/jaj)...."Jesus Christ IS The SAME Yesterday And Today And Forever."....

Job's TRUST was So ROCK-Solid, he was able to proclaim....({Job 13:15a-b (ESV/emphasis added/jaj)}...."Though HE slay me, I Will HOPE In HIM...."....

My Prayer for us today - Lord Jesus, Holy Spirit, Father God, we Thank You and Praise You.  Lord Jesus, in these dark days of ongoing challenges and tragedy, Help us Lord, to be Like Job and to TRUST You in spite of the chaos going on around us.  Holy Spirit, Guide us to You are ROCK, that we May Share with Others This HOPE that You Instill.  Father God, May we Reflect Your Comfort and Peace, Based on Your WORD of TRUTH in our Lives.  We Thank You, Lord and Lift Up our Prayers in Your Holy Name....Amen/Amen....jaj
