PJP2 SIP 160112 SIP Focus Genesis 35:1-5....O Lord Jesus, Holy Spirit, Father God, we Come Before You in Worship and Praise.  Lord Jesus, Open the Eyes and Ears of our Souls to Be In Tune and In Touch with You, as You Revealed Yourself to Your servant Jacob/Israel.  Holy Spirit, When You Call to us and Provide us Guidance, such as, "Jacob, Arise, go up to Bethel and dwell there. Make an altar there to the God Who Appeared to you"....Encourage and Empower us to Obey and Respond,  Father God, Enlighten us to Follow You and You Alone.  Lord Jesus, Help us to Cast Off and Throw Away our foreign gods of today, those 'idols' that we so easily are swayed and distracted by.  Holy Spirit Open our Souls' Eyes that we can see how we begin down the pathway of idol worship when anything that comes between us and our Relationship with You has that potential to become a 'foreign god'.  Father God Thank You for Purifying us Through Your Son, our Lord Jesus and His Sacrifice and Resurrection that Cleans our slate.  May we, O Lord, "Arise and go up to Bethel" that we too may "Make There An Altar" to You, Lord Jesus.  We Thank You, Father God for Your Mercy and Grace.  For it is You and You Alone Who Answers us in the day of our distress, trial and challenge.  It is You, Holy Spirit, that Has Been with us Wherever we have gone.  Lord Jesus we Surrender our all to You.  May we, like Jacob/Israel bury our distractions Through Your Strength, and Full Heartedly Follow in Your Steps, O Lord our God.  We Lift Up our Prayers in Your Precious and Holy Name....Amen/Amen....jaj
