PJP2 THANKS TEXT - 161208 - CHILD - 1 Samuel 1:27-28 (ESV/emphasis added/jaj)...."Hannah (Samuel, God's Prophet) said, 'For this CHILD I Prayed, And The Lord Has Granted me my Petition That I Made To Him. Therefore I have Lent him To The Lord. As long as he Lives, he Is Lent To The Lord.' And he Worshiped The Lord there.".... I am Thankful for my two Step-Daughters (and two Grand-Daughters). I can readily relate to Hannah (Samuel's mom) and her humble sense and understanding that since God The Father Graciously Provided Hannah a son, that she readily is ready to fulfill her vow of giving her son BACK to God The Father to Serve God. Likewise, I am Humbled to know that my Step-Children (and Grand-Daughters) are likewise In God's Service in His Unique and Awesome Ways. Thus my Prayer of Thanks for us today is simply, O Lord Jesus, Holy Spirit, Father God, we do Worship and Praise You Lord. Lord Jesus, Thank You for Your Being Willing and Open, as God's Only SON, to Reflect Your Obedience of His Will and Plan of Salvation for us. Holy Spirit, Thank You that You Instill The Lord Jesus' HEART and HOPE into our Lives by Your Indwelling. Father God, Help us, Lord, To Reflect Your SON's HEART and HOPE by each and every Word, Thought and Action we have. Lord Jesus, Thank You for Your Reflection Visible within our own CHILDren that You have Graced us with. Ever Be with them, Lord. We Raise our Prayers and Praise in Your Holy Name....Amen and Amen....jaj
