Joseph Israelson; Joseph Jacobson; Joseph Arimathea; Joseph "Barney" Levison Four men named Joseph. Two of them (Joseph Israelson and Joseph Jacobson) were recognized Dreamers. Three of the Four of our Joseph's appeared to be fairly well-off (The WORD definitely shares that Joseph Israelson was wealthy, as was Joseph Arimathea....Joseph Levison was a land-owner, so, in Jesus' Time, being a land-owner usually indicated having a solid portfolio of resources.) I would venture to say that all four of our Joseph's were Sons of Encouragement. So what am I Hearing the Holy Spirit Say about Little Joe and our PJP2 PROLOG POST for 161210? Dreamers - Rich - Encouragers I am Hearing Him Say that All Four of our Joseph's were, in one way or the other, Dreamers; they were all Rich, perhaps not in earthly/physical wealth, BUT indeed they were Rich in their Relationship with God The Father, His Son (our Lord Jesus) and His Holy Spirit*; Each of our four Joseph's were Sons of Encouragement, again, in one way or the other. ....*(Note: A follow-up PROLOG is in the mill for a discussion of Joseph Israelson's Relationship with YAHWEH in 2017....stay tuned/jaj)..... The Point on Little Joe is, in God The Father's Hands, we are all just ordinary Little Joes that He Will, By His Amazing Grace, Accomplish Extraordinary Deeds even despite our own shortcomings and perhaps even lack-of-FAITH. In God The Father's GRACE and Steadfast LOVE, our lack-of-FAITH can Be Transformed into our Dreams Becoming Reality, our poverty into His Heavenly Riches and our failure and discouragement into His Success and Eternal Encouragement. Thus my PJP2 PROLOG Prayer for us today would be - O Lord Jesus, Holy Spirit, Father God, we Come Before You in Humble Worship and Praise! Thank You, Lord Jesus, for Your Amazing GRACE that Accepts us just as we are. Holy Spirit, Open our Hearts to be Receptive To Your Love and Indwelling. Father God, we Surrender our Dreams, our poverty and our failure to Your Miraculous and Transforming Presence. Lord Jesus, May our Lives Ever Be Reflective of Your TRUTH, Your Glorious Heavenly Riches and of Your Constant Eternal Encouragement for Each of us In You. We Lift Up our Prayers and Praise in Your Holy Name....Amen and Amen....jaj
