PJP2 “7 PRAISES” - 16122627 - BE STILL BE STILL: Believe Everyone....(HE) Sent (HIS) Truth In (HIS) Immanuel (giving us) LIFE & LIGHT Psalm 37:7 (ESV/emphasis added/jaj)...."BE STILL Before The Lord And WAIT Patiently For Him; Fret NOT yourself over the one who prospers in his way, over the man who carries out evil devices!".... Once more a Blessed and Merry Christmas to you and yours. I have mentioned before I often Hear The Holy Spirit Providing Suggestions and Recommendations on what I'm to Ponder On for the PJP2 being generated - Sometimes He Does So by a Passage Of the WORD Select (POWS) popping up consistently in my Devotions; - Sometimes He has a Consistent Wording, such as "BE STILL" that I Read in the POWS, See in other venues and Hear from Close Friends/Family; - Sometimes His Recommendations come through additional Connections, such as during Prayers; - Sometimes The Holy Spirit uses a Combination of all of the above and then some..... Thus today's (16122627) PJP2 Posting is due to a Combination...(a) I Read "BE STILL" multiple times in multiple-POWS and Devotional writings; (b) General J and I spent Monday coming back from visiting our Kids & Grand-Kids....had a lot of time to Think and Ponder and "BE STILL"; (c) My Friend and Brother-in-Christ (Rick Dabner) shared a FaceBook Posting where he mentioned how Peaceful it can be the Day After Christmas....Indeed, one of the Consistent Drivers on my rising early each morning to have my Quiet Time - so Peaceful prior to the start of the day's activities.....Like the world has Heard The Lord's Comment...."BE STILL" and Obeyed...... "BE STILL" I would ask your patience as we apply a J-ACRONYM to BE STILL.... Believe Everyone....(HE) Sent (HIS) Truth In (HIS) Immanuel (giving us) LIFE & LIGHT Join with me, today Team, as we Explore a Variation of BE STILL as also a vehicle for Sharing HIS STORY..... John 1:1-5, 9-14, 16-18 (ESV/emphasis added/jaj)...."In The Beginning Was The WORD, And The WORD Was With God, And The WORD Was God. He Was In The Beginning With God. All things Were Made Through Him, and without him Was NOT any thing made that was Made. In Him Was LIFE, And The LIFE Was The LIGHT Of men. The LIGHT Shines in the darkness, And the darkness Has NOT overcome IT. The True LIGHT, Which Gives LIGHT to everyone, Was Coming Into the world. He Was In the world, And the world Was Made Through Him, YET the world Did NOT Know Him. He Came To His Own, And His Own people Did NOT Receive Him. BUT To all who Did Receive Him, who Believed In His NAME, He Gave The Right To Become children Of God, who Were Born, NOT of blood NOR of the will of the flesh NOR of the will of man, BUT of God. My PJP2 16122627 Prelude Prayer for us today would simply be - Lord Jesus, Holy Spirit, Father God, Thank You for This Opportunity for us to BE STILL. Lord Jesus, Encourage and Empower us to Be Your Ambassadors to a world still lost in darkness and distraction. Holy Spirit we Open ourselves to You - Provide us Your WORD to Share and Proclaim: "Believe Everyone....(HE) Sent (HIS) Truth In (HIS) Immanuel (giving us) LIFE & LIGHT." Father God, Thank You for Sending Your Son, Your Only Son, our Lord Jesus. May our Lives Reflect Your GRACE and TRUTH as You've Shared With us, and as we See Described in Your WORD, as in John 1.....In Your Holy Name, Lord Jesus, we Raise Up our Prayers....Amen and Amen....jaj
