PJP2 THANKS TEXT - 161018 - DOC PAPPY J - Mark 2:17 (ESV/emphasis added/jaj)...."And when Jesus Heard it, He Said to them, 'Those who Are Well Have No Need of a Physician, BUT those who are sick. I Came NOT To Call the righteous, BUT sinners.'” I am Thankful for our Great Physician and His Coming to Spiritually Heal us of the fatal disease called sin. I am Thankful, as well, that He employs our memory, NOT as a judgment, BUT as a means of Understanding of His GRACE employed in our Lives. Also as a Means for us to Reflect His Steadfast Love and Calling to those who do Not Yet Know Him as Lord and Savior. My Prayer of Thanks for us today would be a Paraphrase of Prayer and Praise from His Holy Spirit's Inspired WORD as Paul records in 1 Timothy 1:12-17 (ESV/emphasis & paraphrase added/jaj).... O Lord Jesus, Holy Spirit, Father God, we Thank You, You Who Has Given us Strength! O Lord Jesus, God The Father's Christ, You Are our Lord. Holy Spirit, we Are Amazed and in Awe, Because You Have Judged us Faithful, Appointing us To Your Service, Thank You. Father God, even though formerly we were blasphemers, persecutors, and insolent opponents of Your Way and Will. BUT, Praise You Lord Jesus, Through Your LIFE, Sacrifice and Resurrection, we Received Mercy. Holy Spirit, Forgive us Because we acted ignorantly in unbelief. O Father God, Thank You that Your GRACE Overflowed for us By The FAITH And LOVE That Are IN Your Son, our Lord Jesus Christ. Lord Jesus, May we Lift Up This Saying, Which Is Trustworthy And Deserving Of Full Acceptance By All: "That Christ Jesus Came Into the world To Save Sinners!" Father God, Thank You! Indeed, Holy Spirit, we Readily Confess that we Are The Foremost, the Chief of sinners, the worst of the worse. BUT, Lord Jesus, By Your GRACE, we Have Received Mercy For This Reason. Father God, we Would Pray That in us, May Your Son, our Lord Jesus Christ Display and Demonstrate His Perfect Patience As An Example to those who Were To Believe In Him For Eternal LIFE. O Lord Jesus: To You, The King of the ages, Immortal, Invisible, The Only God, Be Honor And Glory Forever And Ever. Amen & Amen....jaj
