For You, O Lord, ARE Good And Forgiving, Abounding In Steadfast LOVE To All who Call Upon You. Give Ear, O Lord, To my Prayer; Listen To my Plea For GRACE.".... PJP2 THANKS TEXT - 161007 - EAGLE - 2 Corinthians 12:9-10 (ESV/emphasis added/jaj)...." BUT He Said to me, 'My GRACE Is Sufficient For you, For My Power Is Made Perfect in weakness.' Therefore I Will Boast All The More Gladly Of my weaknesses, So That The Power Of Christ May Rest Upon me. For The Sake Of Christ, Then, I am Content with weaknesses, insults, hardships, persecutions, and calamities. For When I am WEAK, THEN I am STRONG.".... I am Thankful for His GRACE in our Lives. How Freeing and Encouraging to come to understand it is NOT by our own effort, for in reality we are far to weak to even lift a dot or an iota of God's Plan of Salvation on our own behalf. Even when we stray into that tendency to try to do that (and I know Crew that I do....I do find myself saying to our Lord Jesus, "Look Lord! See, see what good I did?".....jaj) Tenderly, as our Heavenly Father Does, He Corrects, Disciplines in Love and Helps me/us Back to His Way, all Covered By His GRACE. Thus my Prayer of Thanks for us today would rest fully upon This One Word....GRACE. Lord Jesus, Holy Spirit, Father God, Thank You for Your EAGLE in our Lives. Lord Jesus, Help us to Grasp Your Truth That Your GRACE is Indeed Sufficient for us. Holy Spirit, Release Your Power within us that we May Be of Use in Your Mission of Redemption of our world. Father God, Encourage us when we falter, Reminding us By Your EAGLE that You are Indeed Ever With us and By Your GRACE, You Will Help us Fly above the storm.
