PJP2 PROLOG POST - 161005 - HEH - Isaiah 11:10-12 (ESV/emphasis added/jaj)...."In That Day The Root of Jesse, Who Shall Stand As A Signal/Banner/Flag For the peoples—Of Him Shall the nations Inquire, And His Resting Place Shall Be Glorious. In That Day The Lord Will Extend His Hand YET A SECOND Time To Recover The Remnant That Remains Of His people, from Assyria, from Egypt, from Pathros, from Cush, from Elam, from Shinar, from Hamath, and from the coastlands of the sea. He Will Raise A Signal/Banner/Flag for the nations And Will Assemble the banished of Israel, And Gather the dispersed of Judah From The Four Corners of the earth.".... HEH.....HOPE.....ENCOURAGEMENT.....HELP I know that during the 7 Days and a Wake-Up Series, I'm going to end up doing a PJP2 Entry on BANNER....SIGNAL....FLAG, still mulling that over, BUT I know it's coming. However, for today's PJP2 161005 - HEH.....I can readily see with HOPE....His Banner of LOVE Flying High Upon His Mountain, Calling us to Him. Much like the purpose of our Standards in Battle - a Rally Point for the Soldiers to ensure where the front lines are at, and how to return to a point of Safety and Strength - being Drawn to The Banner of our Eternal Allegiance. This set of POWS (Isaiah 11:10-12) does instill a strong sense of HOPE.....ENCOURAGEMENT and HELP inside of me, especially as these next few days of transition and transformation unfold. Again, to pull from the 'battle' analogy, it is both refreshing and reassuring to KNOW His Banner of Love, Mercy and Grace Eternally Fly Above us and Shout "HEH" to us regardless of where we are, or what 'bumps-in-the-road' the forces of darkness, or even our old sinful selves, have attempted to throw in front of us to impede our progress to His Banner. Thus my Prayer for us today would be - Lord Jesus, Holy Spirit, Father God, Thank You that You have Set Your Banner such that we Can Ever See You, no matter where we are. Lord Jesus, we Praise and Salute You, as You Are God The Father's Eternal Banner of Grace. Holy Spirit, our Pledge of Eternal Allegiance is To You and You Alone. Father God, Empower and Encourage us to Ever Respond to Your Call. Lord Jesus, Help us to Share Your Love and Light that All of mankind would be Drawn to You. In Your Precious Name, Lord Jesus, we Pray and Ask these Prayers....Amen and Amen....jaj Psalm 39:7 (ESV/emphasis added/jaj)...."And Now, O Lord, For What Do I Wait? My HOPE Is In You."....
