IaNa - I am NOT ashamed One of the concepts The Holy Spirit has Helped me see over these years of being part of our U.S. Armed Forces is that I have, at times, waxed and waned with the Calling and His Purpose in my Life, and the Lives around me which He Has Crossed my Path with. Though perhaps I seemed Resolute, or with Strong Resolve on accomplishing The Mission at hand, at that time, I can readily say my Inner Self was not always that confident. But for certain, one Standard that I Believe, even more so today than ever in the past, and I Sense His Calling for me to Stand for His Standard is that Indeed I am NOT ashamed of being His adopted child by His Grace, His Holy Spirit Within me, and Due To His Son, our Lord Jesus' Act of Redemption and Reconciliation by His Death upon His Cross, BUT His VICTORY Over death by His Resurrection. Thus, I Stand with our Brother Paul as The Holy Spirit Inspired him to write.... Romans 1:16-17 (ESV/emphasis added/jaj)...."For I am NOT ashamed Of The GOSPEL, For IT Is The Power Of God For Salvation To Everyone who BELIEVES, to the Jew first and also to the Greek. For In IT The Righteousness Of God IS Revealed From FAITH For FAITH, As It Is Written, 'The Righteous Shall LIVE By FAITH.'”.... My Prayer for us today would be consistent through this T-Minus 7 / 6 Days and a Wake-Up entry..... Psalm 71:17-18 (ESV/emphasis & paraphrase added/jaj)....O Lord, our God, from our youth You, Lord Jesus, Have Taught us, And we Still PROCLAIM Your Wondrous Deeds! Holy Spirit, So even to our old age and our gray hairs, O God, Please, Do NOT forsake us. We know, Father God, that You Are Faithful And True to Your WORD. Lord Jesus, Empower and Encourage us to PROCLAIM Your Might to yet another generation. Father God, Help us to Reflect Your Power to ALL those yet to come. Lord Jesus, In Your Holy Name we Pray....Amen and Amen....jaj
