I am Thankful The Lord Places His JOY within us.
These past few days I've been participating in the Show Us Your 22 Push-up Challenge. As I've considered the challenges folks face with PTSD, TBI and other life-challenges, their 'crushed spirit' is something that keeps coming to mind. I have begun to raise up in Prayer that The Joy of The Lord would be poured out upon them, and help them to find His Good Medicine of Grace.
That would be my Prayer of Thanks for us today - Lord Jesus, Holy Spirit, Father God, Thank You for Your Gift of Pure and Honest JOY. Lord Jesus, Please Rain Your JOY Upon those struggling with LIfe's Current Challenges. Holy Spirit, Please Indwell Anew those facing the debilitation that PTSD, TBI, or other scenarios can bring upon them. Father God, May Your JOY envelope and overwhelm any darkness that is lingering within them. O Lord, May we, In Whatever You Deem Appropriate, Be Your Reflection of Light, Mercy, Grace and JOY. In Your Precious Name, Lord Jesus, we Lift Up These Prayers. Amen and Amen....jaj
