PJP2 SIP - 160929 - G(GNN)N - Luke 2:8-20 (ESV/emphasis & paraphrase added/jaj)....O Lord Jesus, Holy Spirit, Father God, we Praise You for Your GOOD NEWS of Your Plan of Salvation and Redemption of our Relationship with You.  Lord Jesus, Help us to Be Like the shepherds out in the field, keeping watch over their flock, on That Night so Long Ago, The Night of Your First Advent.  Holy Spirit, Calm our Souls that we Might Listen as God's Angel, The Angel of The Lord appears to us, as to them.  Father God, As You Reveal Your Glory, and Your Presence Shines all around us, Ease our great fear.  Reassure us, as Your Angel did with those shepherds.  Lord Jesus Open our Inner Ear that we May Hear as You Say to us....“Fear not, For Behold, I Bring you GOOD NEWS Of Great JOY That IS For ALL people.". Holy Spirit, Help us, Empower us to Go and Share His Story, that On That First Advent, our Lord Jesus was Born in Bethlehem, that Ancient City of David.  Father God, Give us Clarity of Thought and Word as we Share that You Sent us Your Savior, Your Very Own Son, Jesus Christ, our Lord.  Lord Jesus, as did the shepherds, on Your First Advent, May we Become Messengers of Your Manger.  Holy Spirit, Help us to Join The Heavenly Hosts' Song from That Night, Singing, “Glory to God In The Highest, And On earth Peace Among those with whom He Is Pleased!” Father God, Encourage us, as well, to Be Like Your shepherds who took Courage and Curiosity to GO to Bethlehem And to Look and See Your Truth, Wrapped and Laying in Your Manger of Mercy.  Lord Jesus, Prepare the Hearts of those who Will Hear us as we Share Your GOOD NEWS.  May they, Holy Spirit, Be Like Mary and Treasure Up All Your WORD, Pondering them in their Hearts, and Finally, Father God, Coming to You and Glorifying And Praising You for Your Grace.  Lord Jesus, we Lift Up our Prayers in Your Holy Name....Amen and Amen....jaj
