PJP2 PROLOG POST - 160910 - TRAIN - Psalm 144:3-4 (ESV/emphasis added/jaj)...." O Lord, what is man That You Regard him, or the son of man That You Think of him?  Man is like a breath; his days are like a passing shadow."....

What a Question.  I can readily agree and concur with the query.  There's been many a time in my 3 score and nearly 2 years that I have Pondered this very same Question to our Lord.  I mean you can even sub-in your name.....

O Lord, what is this man, Jeff Johnson, That You Regard him?.....or This son of John A. Johnson that You Think of him?  I mean, Lord, I am just a mere breath - my days pass like a shadow....

Praise God, though, HE does NOT leave us hanging.....He Gracious Answers our question....for example.....

Psalm 8:5-8 (ESV/emphasis added/jaj)...."Yet You Have Made him a little lower than the heavenly beings And Crowned him With Glory And Honor.  You Have Given him dominion over The Works Of Your Hands; You Have Put All Things under his feet, All sheep and oxen, And Also the beasts of the field, the birds of the heavens, and the fish of the sea, whatever passes along the paths of the seas."....

Why, we may ask....Clearly One WORD....LOVE.  LOVE is God's Overall Guidance and Plan, Because God IS LOVE.

In one additional word....OUT.....STANDING!

My Prayer for us today would be - O Lord Jesus, Holy Spirit, Father God, we Thank And Praise You for Your Amazing and Eternal Love of us.  Help us, Lord Jesus, to Ever Be a Living Reflection of Your Love.  Holy Spirit, Cleanse our minds of the distractions of this world and Train us to Ever Walk With and In Your Way.  Father God, Encourage and Empower us to Share Your Story of Love and Grace towards All mankind.  Lord Jesus, we Lift Up our Prayers in Your Holy and Precious Name....Amen and Amen....jaj
