PJP2 PROLOG POST 160830 - Psalm 104:31-34(ESV/emphasis added/jaj)...."May The Glory of The Lord Endure Forever; May The Lord Rejoice In His Works, Who Looks on the earth And it Trembles, Who Touches the mountains And they Smoke!  I Will Sing To The Lord as long as I live; I Will Sing Praise to my God While I Have being.  May my Meditation Be Pleasing To Him, For I Rejoice In The Lord."....

GLORY - God's Love/Light Openly Revealed in Yeshua (Jesus)

The Holy Spirit Shared a 'Relevation' (a 'Relevation', for me, is an 'AH-HA' moment where a Concept The Spirit's trying to get through to me finally clicks in....jaj.....Not to be confused with John's Revelation....his Holy Vision....) with me this morning.  I have to admit the Concept of God's Glory has sometimes been a challenge for me to get my hands-around.  I mean anytime I had seen the mention of God's Glory, a POWS like Deuteronomy 5:22-24 would come to mind....

....Deuteronomy 5:22-24 (ESV)....“These words the Lord spoke to all your assembly at the mountain out of the midst of the fire, the cloud, and the thick darkness, with a loud voice; and he added no more. And he wrote them on two tablets of stone and gave them to me. And as soon as you heard the voice out of the midst of the darkness, while the mountain was burning with fire, you came near to me, all the heads of your tribes, and your elders. And you said, ‘Behold, the Lord our God has shown us his glory and greatness, and we have heard his voice out of the midst of the fire. This day we have seen God speak with man, and man still live."

I mean check out His WORD here....2 Chronicles 7:1-2 (ESV)...."As soon as Solomon finished his prayer, fire came down from heaven and consumed the burnt offering and the sacrifices, and the glory of the Lord filled the temple. And the priests could not enter the house of the Lord, because the glory of the Lord filled the Lord's house."

Or then we find something similar in The Life of our Lord Jesus....Matthew 17:2-8 (ESV)...."And he was transfigured before them, and his face shone like the sun, and his clothes became white as light. And behold, there appeared to them Moses and Elijah, talking with him. And Peter said to Jesus, “Lord, it is good that we are here. If you wish, I will make three tents here, one for you and one for Moses and one for Elijah.” He was still speaking when, behold, a bright cloud overshadowed them, and a voice from the cloud said, “This is my beloved Son, with whom I am well pleased; listen to him.” When the disciples heard this, they fell on their faces and were terrified. But Jesus came and touched them, saying, “Rise, and have no fear.” And when they lifted up their eyes, they saw no one but Jesus only."

Ok, so, Team, Here's The 'Relevation' The Holy Spirit Shared with me this morning....I now am starting to understand God Shares His GLORY with us as just one more corroboration/validation/verification to us of His LOVE for us!

Bingo!

Granted, for Certain God's GLORY is much deeper and complex that I will ever come to grips with.  The above "Relevation" is just a snippet of how deep, broad, high and wide God's Glory really is.  So, for today, it's nice to know that God's Glory Is Shining Upon us as A Reflection of His LOVE for us.

May we, Lord Jesus, simply Bask In Your Light and Love AND Reflect Your Grace Towards us to All who Do Not Yet Know You as Lord and Savior.  That, Father God, would be my Prayer for us today.  Holy Spirit, Intercede for us and Raise Your Groans of Grace for us.  Lord Jesus, in Your Holy Name we Raise our Prayers......Amen and Amen....jaj
