Psalm 148:2 (ESV/emphasis added/jaj)...."Praise HIM, All HIS Angels; Praise HIM, All HIS Hosts!"....

PJP2 PROLOG POST 160821 - Psalm 80:1-2 (ESV/emphasis added/jaj)...."Give Ear, O Shepherd of Israel, YOU Who lead Joseph like a flock.  YOU WHO Are Enthroned Upon The Cherubim, Shine Forth. Before Ephraim and Benjamin and Manasseh, Stir Up YOUR Might And Come To Save us!"....

As we read through God's WORD - time and again we see the pattern repeated (beginning with Adam/Eve, carried through, as witnessed in our Lord Jesus' Seven Letters to the Seven Churches mentioned in Revelation (2:1-3:22)).....The Holy Spirit describes this pattern in His Inspired WORD to Asaph (The Psalmist) in Psalm 81:11-12 (ESV/emphasis added/jaj)....“BUT My people Did NOT Listen to MY Voice; Israel Would NOT Submit to ME.  So I Gave them over to their stubborn hearts, to follow their own counsels."....and further in Psalm 82:5 (ESV/emphasis added/jaj)....“They have neither knowledge nor understanding, they walk about in darkness; all the foundations of the earth are shaken."

Yep, we get lost in our distractions and sin, walking in our own way...Until at last, sometimes when we've hit as low as we can possibly go.....

Psalm 81:7 (ESV/emphasis added/jaj)...."IN distress you CALLED, AND I DELIVERED you; I Answered you In The Secret Place of Thunder; I Tested you At The Waters of Meribah. Selah"....  

Praise our Lord Jesus....He STILL Stands Ready to Hear our Distress Call and Deliver us from our own caused destruction.....

THAT is a WORD of Encouragement and Hope!

Even up until the very End of Time.....Mark 13:24-27 (ESV/emphasis added/jaj)...."(And Jesus said)....'BUT in Those Days, After That Tribulation, the sun will be darkened, and the moon will not give its light, and the stars will be falling from heaven, and the powers in the heavens will be shaken.  AND Then they Will See The Son of Man Coming In Clouds With Great Power And Glory.  AND Then HE Will Send Out The Angels AND Gather HIS Elect from the four winds, from the ends of the earth to the ends of heaven."....

Amen and Amen!

My Prayer for us today would simply be.....O Lord Jesus, Thank You That You Send Your Angels Still Today to Teach and Help us.  Holy Spirit, Help us Prepare The Way for our Lord Jesus' 2d Advent.  Father God, Empower and Embolden us to Share Your WORD and LIGHT with all those who have Not Yet Come to Know You as Lord and Savior.  In Your Precious Name, Lord Jesus, we Raise our Prayers and Praise.....Amen/Amen...jaj
