Psalm 57:9-11(ESV/emphasis added/jaj)….”I will give thanks to you, O Lord, among the peoples; I will sing praises to you among the nations.  For your steadfast love is great to the heavens, your faithfulness to the clouds.  Be exalted, O God, above the heavens!  Let your glory be over all the earth! ‘….
PJP2 PROLOG POST 160816 – Psalm 56:1-4 (ESV/emphasis added/jaj)….”Be Gracious to me, O God, for man tramples on me; all day long an attacker oppresses me, my enemies trample on me all day long, for many attack me proudly.  When I am afraid, I Put my TRUST In YOU.  In God, Whose WORD I Praise, In God I TRUST; I Shall Not be afraid.  What can flesh do to me?”…
I have mentioned before that there are times that when I read The Holy Spirit’s Inspired WORD we find in the Psalms, I can readily see and hear our Lord Jesus Speaking these Inspired Prayers.  I mean read today’s PROLOG POST 160816….Psalm 56:1-4….close your eyes and imagine our Lord Jesus Saying this…..
I can see Him, during His alone time awaiting His Trial before the Sanhedrin, or Pilate, or even on His Way to Golgotha….
Then I Hear The Holy Spirit snap me back to reality and Share with me as well that nothing I have or will ever face will be on my own – HE IS EVER WITH me…..HE IS EVER WITH us all…..
Thus my Prayer for us today would be a Paraphrase of Prayer and Praise based on Psalm 56:1-4….O Lord Jesus, Holy Spirit, Father God, Thank You for Being so Gracious to us, O God.  Lord Jesus, Remind us when forces of evil trample upon us, that You Are Here, You Have Already Defeated them.  Holy Spirit, when it would seem that all day long the attacker oppresses us, or the enemies of old trample upon us all day long, Strengthen us With Your Presence.  Father God, for the world would attack us for our Belief in You, with pride they believe they are doing right, when in reality it is wrong.  Recall in our Inner Minds, Lord, that You Are Ever and Always In Control.  Lord Jesus, whenever we are afraid, Remind us that we Put our Full TRUST In YOU.  Holy Spirit, You Are our God, Whose WORD we Praise.  Father God, our God, we say and Believe, “In God we TRUST; we Shall Not be afraid.  What can flesh do to me?”  Lord Jesus, we Raise our Prayers in Your Holy Name….Amen and Amen….jaj
