PJP2 PROLOG POST 160805/06 -2 Timothy 4:6-8 (ESV/emphasis added/jaj)...."For I am already being poured out As A Drink Offering, and the time of my departure has come.  I Have Fought The Good Fight, I Have FINISHED The Race, I Have Kept The Faith.  Henceforth There Is Laid Up for me The Crown Of Righteousness, Which The Lord, The Righteous Judge, Will Award to me On That Day, And NOT Only To me BUT Also To ALL Who Have Loved HIS Appearing."....

"I Have Fought The Good Fight, I Have Finished The Race, I Have Kept The Faith."

Team, This is True for Cindy and I in regards to our Air Force Adventure.  Now, that is NOT to say we will chuck in the towel, and NOT continue to support and defend our USAF, nor our United States.  Not at all.....

It does mean, though, God's Next Adventure (GNA) for Team Johnson is soon to be Revealed.  Note:  The Holy Spirit has NOT Revealed the GNA to us yet either.....so.....as SOON as He Does.....Y'all will be the Next to Know.  :)

I must admit, "BEING FINISHED" is an interesting sensation.  There is indeed some sense of loss, as well as sadness, as something we've done, participated in, and lived for the past 30-years begins to change and morph.  Yet, at the same time, as I sense The Holy Spirit Sharing via Paul's Writing, there is also a sense of New Beginnings, New Adventures, and New Work That He Has Planned for us, taking us to even Higher Realms of Relationship with Him.

In a Word.....OUTSTANDING!

So, my Prayer for us today would be - Lord Jesus, Holy Spirit, Father God, Thank You for our Past Adventures together.  Lord Jesus, Guide us In Your Way.  Holy Spirit, Empower us to Continue to Be Open to You Working In, Around and Through us.  Father God, Your Will Be Done, not ours.  Lord Jesus, In Your Holy Name we Pray These Prayers.....Amen/Amen....jaj
