PJP2 THANKS TEXT 160617 - 2 Corinthians 5:17-21 (ESV/emphasis added/jaj)...."Therefore, If anyone Is In Christ, he IS A New Creation.  The old has passed away; BEHOLD, The New Has COME.  All This Is From God, Who Through Christ Reconciled us To Himself AND Gave us The Ministry Of Reconciliation; That IS, In Christ God Was Reconciling the world To Himself, NOT counting their trespasses against them, AND Entrusting to us The Message Of Reconciliation.   Therefore, we Are Ambassadors For Christ, God Making His Appeal Through us.  We Implore you On Behalf Of Christ, BE Reconciled to God.  For our sake He Made Him To BE sin Who Knew NO sin, SO That IN Him we Might Become The Righteousness Of God."....

I am Thankful for God's Provision for His Reconciliation of our Relationship with Him.  I am Thankful that Through our Lord Jesus, He Re-Creates us Into a New Creation In Him!  I am Thankful that He Not Only Makes us New, He Gives us a New Mission, to Be His Ambassadors, Sharing That God's Message of Reconciliation is For All Mankind.  What a Word of Encouragement to Know That The Creator of All of Life, Loves us, Longs for our Relationship, Trusts us with His Message of Reconciliation, and Tops All of That BY He Himself Paying The Price to cover our Debt AND Making us Brand-spanking New in Him.

My Prayer of Thanks for us today is simply - Lord Jesus, Thank You for Paying the price for our transgressions.  Holy Spirit, Thank You for Your Re-Creation of a New Creation by Your Presence Within us.  Father God, Help us and Encourage us to Be Your Ambassadors, Sharing Your Message of Reconciliation with those who Do Not Yet Know You and Your Saving Grace.  Lord Jesus, we Lift Up our Prayers in Your Holy Name....Amen/Amen....jaj
