1 Chronicles 16:9 (ESV/emphasis added/jaj)...."Sing To Him, Sing Praises To Him; Tell Of ALL His Wondrous Works!"....

PJP2 PROLOG POST 160622 -1 Chronicles 18:13-14 (ESV/emphasis added/jaj)...."Then he put garrisons in Edom, and all the Edomites became David's servants.  AND The Lord GAVE VICTORY to David wherever he went.  So David reigned over all Israel, and he administered Justice And Equity to all his people."....

At first glance one could read 1 Chronicles 18:13-14 and take away that King David's kicking behind and taking names, as well as being a good, fair and just king to 'All his people'....And that would be a true enough statement, as God's WORD shares with us.

BUT (Behold the Underlying Truth).....Let us NOT MISS this bed-rock/cornerstone TRUTH....

"AND The Lord GAVE VICTORY to David wherever he went"....

Right smack dab in the middle of 1 Chronicles 18:13-14 is This Cornerstone of not only King David's success and in essence his LIFE, BUT ours as well.

When we Center our Life on our Lord Jesus AND get out of His Way....He Assures us via His Word (Revealed to Paul by The Holy Spirit, as Paul Records)....1 Corinthians 15:57-58 (ESV/emphasis added/jaj)...."BUT Thanks Be To God, Who GIVES us The VICTORY Through our Lord Jesus Christ.".....And our Response to This TRUTH....."Therefore, my beloved brothers, BE Steadfast, Immovable, Always Abounding IN The Work Of The Lord, KNOWING That In The Lord your labor IS Not in vain."....

That's what we see reflected here - King David was Steadfast, Immovable, Always Abounding in The Work of The Lord in his Life ("So David reigned over all Israel, and he administered Justice And Equity to all his people.")....

I can't say what that might look like in your Lives.....I will do my best and utmost to Let Him Have His Will and Way in mine.  You are all in my Thoughts and Prayers as we Move Forward In His VICTORY and GRACE.

1 Chronicles 16:35-36....O Lord Jesus, Holy Spirit, Father God, we Raise Your Name in Worship and Praise.  Thank You for Giving us Your VICTORY.  Lord Jesus, when we stumble and stray, Please Save us, O God Of our Salvation from ourselves.  Holy Spirit, Continue to Gather And Deliver us from among the nations.  Father God,. May we Ever Give Thanks To Your Holy Name And Glory.  Lord Jesus, we Sing Your Praise.  O Blessed Be The Lord!  Father God, You Are our Lord and God Now and From everlasting to everlasting!  Join with us, All peoples and Shout Amen!  Lord Jesus, In Your Name we Raise our Prayers and Say, Praise You, O Lord....Amen and Amen....jaj
