I am Thankful for our Lord Jesus' and His Straightforward Word. Now, don't hear what I am not saying....I am not saying that His Command to us "LOVE one another As I Have LOVED you" is easy - far from it. Our Lord Jesus' Command is a challenge at the least. Nor am I saying that I personally have attained that 'perfection in my performance' that I consistently reflect His Command in my own life. Praise God, though, That He Knows us, and understands that BLUF we can NOT do this on our own. Left to our own devices, at least for me, I will jack this up every single time. That said, The Holy Spirit is Reminding me to embrace His Truth found in His Inspired Word to Paul, as Paul writes in Philippians 4:13 (ESV/emphasis added/jaj)...."I Can Do All Things THROUGH Him Who Strengthens me."....
My Prayer of Thanks for us today - Lord Jesus, Thank You for Your Word and Your Truth. Holy Spirit, Help us and Strengthen us to Strive to Follow In His Steps and Reflect our Love of You by Loving one another. Father God Empower and Embolden us to Share Your Love of us and others by Reflecting Your Grace to All we encounter today and always. In Your Precious Name, Lord Jesus, we Lift Up these Prayers....Amen/Amen....jaj
