PJP2 PROLOG POST 151226 - Revelation 1:17-20 (ESV)/(emphasis added/jaj)...."When I Saw Him, I fell at His Feet as though dead.  BUT He Laid His Right Hand on me, saying, 'Fear Not, I AM The First and The Last, And The Living One.  I died, And Behold I AM Alive Forevermore, And I Have The Keys of Death and Hades.  Write Therefore The Things That you Have Seen, Those that Are And Those that Are To Take Place after this.  As for The Mystery of The Seven Stars that you Saw in My Right Hand, and The Seven Golden Lampstands, The Seven Stars are The Angels of The Seven Churches, and The Seven Lampstands Are The Seven Churches.'"....

Once more a Merry and Blessed Christmas to you and yours.  A most Hopeful Happy New Year as well.  I find it so very interesting with the Bible Through A Year Reading Plan Cindy and I employ that the last six days of each year we read Revelation.  We roll right out of God's prophets in the Old Testament, coupled with Celebrating our Lord's First Advent, into studying Revelation - focused on our Lord Jesus and His Second Advent which is coming.  I have to admit Revelation has for a long time been one of God's Mysteries to me.  Slowly, over the Years, via The Holy Spirit's Help, I am beginning to Grasp more of His Truth that He has stashed away in the 22 chapters of Revelation.  As we begin our Sojourn though Revelation this round, The Holy Spirit has Tagged me with an Essential Truth that I must keep ever in front of me as I'm walking through Revelation - As He Shares with us in Revelation 1:1...."The Revelation of Jesus Christ, Which God Gave Him to Show His servants What Must SOON take Place"....I can not explain why Revelation 1:1 never Struck me like it has today, other than I must Not have been Ready to pick-up on His Truth, at least for me today this would be - Revelation IS our Lord Jesus Sharing with us ALL that He Can with Regards to His Second Advent.  And regardless of your persuasion ('xyz'-millennialist) we may be, the BLUF/Central Focus is our Lord Jesus Christ IS Coming Back, JUST as He Promised (John 14:1-4 (ESV)/(emphasis added/jaj)....{I Am The Way, And The Truth, And The Life}....(Jesus Said to them,) “Let Not your Hearts be troubled. Believe in God; Believe Also In Me.  In My Father's House Are Many Rooms.  If It Were Not So, Would I Have Told you That I Go To Prepare A Place For you?  And If I Go And Prepare A Place For you, I Will Come Again And Will Take you To Myself, That Where I Am you May Be Also.  And you Know The Way To Where I Am Going.”....)

So, Friends, as The Holy Spirit Shares with us via Revelation 1:17-20, we Have an Exciting Mystery afoot!  I can hardly wait to Sleuth this with you, and with Him as our Subject Matter Expert (SME).

My Prayer for us today would simply be May His Presence, His Mercy and His Grace surround us as we continue on This Journey He has Laid Before us, and He Himself Has Traveled before.  Thank You Lord Jesus for Your Revelation.  Father God, we Ask You Open our Hearts and Minds to Your Mystery.  Holy Spirit Plant Your Revelation of This Mystery into our Souls' very DNA.  May we Lord Jesus, ever Witness to Your Saving Grace and Continue to Shine Your Light for those still lost in the darkness of sin to find their way to You.
