PJP2 PROLOG 151217 PROLOG Focus Micah 7:18-20 & Luke 1:26-38

Micah 7:18-20 (ESV)/(emphasis added/jaj)....{God's Steadfast Love and Compassion}...."Who Is A God Like You, Pardoning iniquity and Passing Over transgression For the remnant of His Inheritance?
He Does Not retain His Anger forever, Because He Delights In Steadfast Love.  He Will Again Have Compassion on us; He Will Tread our iniquities underfoot.  You Will Cast All our sins into the depths of the sea.  You Will Show Faithfulness to Jacob and Steadfast Love to Abraham, as You Have Sworn to our fathers from the days of old."....

PJP2 PROLOG POST 151217 - Micah 7:18-20 & Luke 1:26-38 (below).....

Starting tomorrow's PJP2 PROLOG POST, being in the last seven days prior to Christmas 2015, I will be pondering more specifically in His Story of His First Advent.  I know, as well, I have been leading up to that this past week - copy all - just want to drill a bit more into both the setting and the cast of characters we find in our Lord Jesus' First Coming to us.

For today's PJP2 PROLOG POST 151217, what I Hear The Holy Spirit Sharing is simply the Focus on God The Father's Commitment to Sharing with us His Steadfast Love.  His Word is Crystal Clear in Micah 7:18-20 that He Delights in Loving us and that via His Love, He is Redeeming us to a Right Relationship with Him.  That indeed is Good News and a Great Way to Begin our Day in His Truth.  But, as we continue to Learn Day In and Day Out, He is NOT Satifisfied with just Telling and Showing us one time of His Truth.  Nope, God The Father is Consistent and Present at Helping us be Reminded of This Truth.  In Luke 1:26-38, The Lord Begins to Reveal His Ultimate Plan for our Redemption and Salvation via His Story of our Lord Jesus' Birth into our world as one of us.  Check it out....

Luke 1:26-38 (ESV)....

Birth of Jesus Foretold
26 "In the sixth month the angel Gabriel was sent from God to a city of Galilee named Nazareth, 27 to a virgin betrothed[a] to a man whose name was Joseph, of the house of David. And the virgin's name was Mary. 28 And he came to her and said, “Greetings, O favored one, the Lord is with you!”[b] 29 But she was greatly troubled at the saying, and tried to discern what sort of greeting this might be. 30 And the angel said to her, “Do not be afraid, Mary, for you have found favor with God. 31 And behold, you will conceive in your womb and bear a son, and you shall call his name Jesus. 32 He will be great and will be called the Son of the Most High. And the Lord God will give to him the throne of his father David, 33 and he will reign over the house of Jacob forever, and of his kingdom there will be no end.”

34 And Mary said to the angel, “How will this be, since I am a virgin?”[c]

35 And the angel answered her, “The Holy Spirit will come upon you, and the power of the Most High will overshadow you; therefore the child to be born[d] will be called holy—the Son of God. 36 And behold, your relative Elizabeth in her old age has also conceived a son, and this is the sixth month with her who was called barren. 37 For nothing will be impossible with God.” 38 And Mary said, “Behold, I am the servant[e] of the Lord; let it be to me according to your word.” And the angel departed from her."

Wow!  There is so very much that I could write right now.  Yet, what I Hear The Spirit Saying is to Let His Word do All the Talking.

So, my Prayer for us today would first May His Word Speak to you as He is Guiding you.  I would also offer up a Paraphrase of Prayer and Praise using His Inspired Word from Micah 7:18-20 and parts of Luke 1:26-38.....O Father God, Who Is A God Like You?  Thank You, Lord Jesus, for Your Grace and for Pardoning our iniquities and Passing Over our transgressions.  Holy Spirit we are Your Remnant.  Father God, we are Your Inheritance and we Thank You.  Lord Jesus, Help us to Ever Reflect that Because of Your Gift of Your Life in Sacrifice for our sin, You have Reconciled us to God The Father.  And Because of You, Lord Jesus, God The Father Does Not retain His Anger towards us forever.  Father God, Thank You that You Do Delights In Your Steadfast Love towards us.  Holy Spirit Thank You that You Ever Have Compassion on us; Lord Jesus, By Your Life, Death and Resurrection, You Have Tread our iniquities underfoot.  Father God, By Your Mighty Grace, You Have Cast All our sins into the depths of the sea.  Holy Spirit, Thank You that Daily You Show Your Faithfulness to us.  Father God, we Praise You for Your Steadfast Love to us.  Lord Jesus, as You Have Sworn to our fathers from the days of old, we Know You Provide The Same to us as well.  Father God, we Praise You for nothing is impossible with You.  May we, Lord Jesus, respond as Mother Mary said, “Behold, I am the servant of the Lord; Let it Be To me According To Your Word.”  In Your Precious Name we Pray these Prayers.....Amen/Amen....jaj

Blessings!
