Psalm 57:11 (ESV)/(emphasis added/jaj)...."Be Exalted, O God, Above the heavens!  Let Your Glory Be Over All the earth!"....

PJP2 PROLOG POST 151207 - Hosea 11:1-4 (ESV)/(emphasis added/jaj)....{The Lord's Love for Israel}...."When Israel was a child, I Loved him, and out of Egypt I Called My Son.  The More they were Called, the More they went away; they kept sacrificing to the Baals and burning offerings to idols.

YET It Was I Who Taught Ephraim to Walk; I Took them Up By their arms, BUT they Did Not Know That I Healed them.  I Led them With Cords of Kindness, with The Bands of Love, And I Became to them As One Who Eases the yoke on their jaws, And I Bent Down to them And Fed them."....

I mentioned in yesterday's PJP2 PROLOG POST how in The Book of Hosea, from Chapter 4 through Chapter 10 (as well as Chapter 12 and 13), The Holy Spirit is Very Focused on the impact and result of our sin/disobedience in Light of God's Holy Judgment and Righteousness.  BLUF - it ain't good.  Yet in Hosea Chapter 11 (and tomorrow we will visit a similar thought via Hosea Chapter 14), God The Father once more Expresses His Eternal Love for us, and also, as we become in-tune with His Word, His Plan for our Ultimate Salvation and Reconciliation to Him.

Our Lord Jesus Corroborates and Expands God The Father's Concept of our 'Care and Feeding' when He Shares (via The Holy Spirit's Inspired Word to Luke who records in Luke 4:16-19 {ESV}/{emphasis added/jaj}....(Jesus Rejected at Nazareth)...."And He came to Nazareth, where He had been brought up.  And as was His Custom, He went to the synagogue on the Sabbath day, And He Stood Up to read.  And The Scroll of The Prophet Isaiah Was Given to Him.  He Unrolled The Scroll and Found The Place where It was written, 'The Spirit of The Lord Is Upon Me, Because He Has Anointed Me to Proclaim Good News to the poor.  He Has Sent Me To Proclaim Liberty to the captives and Recovering of Sight to the blind, to Set At Liberty those who are oppressed, to Proclaim The Year of The Lord's Favor.'”....

Joy To The World.....Our Lord Is COME!  Just as our Lord Jesus did over 2000 years ago, He is STILL Coming to us today to Accomplish His Mission of Care and Feeding us with His Love, Mercy, Forgiveness and Grace.

My Prayer for us today would simply be that we would Listen for His Call.  Lord Jesus drown out the many voices clammering for our attention.  Holy Spirit blind our eye to the many distractions the world of darkness would try to divert our Focus from You.  Father God, Thank You for Your Amazing Love and Grace!  May we, Lord Jesus, ever Reflect Your Free Gift of Salvation to All.  We Ask all these things in Your Precious Name....Amen/Amen....jaj
