PJP2 PROLOG 151203 PROLOG Focus Daniel 12:1-4 (ESV).....

Daniel 9:4 (ESV)/(emphasis added/jaj)...."I Prayed to The Lord my God And Made Confession, saying, 'O Lord, The Great And Awesome God, Who Keeps Covenant And Steadfast Love with those who Love Him And Keep His Commandments"....

PJP2 PROLOG POST 151203 - Daniel 12:1-4 (ESV)/(emphasis added/jaj)....{The Time of the End}
....“At That Time Shall Arise Michael, The Great Prince Who has Charge of your people.  And There Shall Be a time of trouble, such as never has been since there was a nation till That Time. BUT at That Time your people Shall Be Delivered, everyone whose name Shall Be Found Written In The Book.  And many of those who sleep in the dust of the earth Shall Awake, some to Everlasting Life, and some to shame and everlasting contempt.  And those who are Wise Shall Shine Like the Brightness of The Sky above; And those who Turn Many to Righteousness, Like The Stars Forever and Ever.  BUT you, Daniel, Shut Up The Words And Seal The Book, Until The Time of The End.  Many shall run to and fro, and Knowledge Shall Increase.”....

Having just read through Jeremiah, Ezekiel and Daniel (and here shortly to finish the year reading through Revelation), I can not deny these Words of our Lord seem even more poignant and relevent today in light of all the recent tragic events.  I will not trouble you by listing them off, I know we are all well aware.  Then add on the latest scenario from California.  The seeming spiraling out of control of our globe can be maddening, depressing and distressing to say the least.  It would oh be so easy to say, "Chuck it!" and as The Word says, run to hide in the rocks and caves.

You might be asking me to questions about now - (1) Ok Jeff, WHERE is the Word of Encouragement that PJP2 PROLOG focuses on?; (2) How's this all connected to the current PJP2 PROLOG's series on our Lord's First Advent?  Valid questions both - appreciate your patience - we're getting there.

Here's what I Hear The Holy Spirit Sharing with me - I am Thankful that He's going to do The Talking from His Holy Word....

Isaiah 41:10 (ESV)/(emphasis added via all POWS below/jaj)...."Fear NOT, for I AM with you; Be NOT dismayed, for I AM your God; I Will Strengthen you, I Will Help you, I Will Uphold you With My Righteous Right Hand."....

John 16:33 (ESV)...."(Jesus Said)....'I have said these things to you, That In Me you May Have Peace.  In the world you will have tribulation. BUT Take Heart; I Have Overcome the world.'”....

Matthew 24:32-36 (ESV)....{The Lesson of the Fig Tree}....“From the fig tree learn its Lesson: as soon as its branch becomes tender and puts out its leaves, you Know that Summer is near.  So Also, When you see All these things, you Know that He Is Near, At The Very Gates.  Truly, I Say to you, this generation Will Not pass away Until All these things Take Place.  Heaven and earth Will Pass Away, BUT My Words Will NOT pass away."....{No One Knows That Day and Hour}....“BUT Concerning That Day and hour No one Knows, NOT even The Angels of heaven, NOR The Son,  BUT The Father Only."....

Matthew 24:42-44 (ESV)...."Therefore, Stay Awake/Be Prepared, for you Do NOT Know on What Day your Lord IS Coming.  BUT Know This, that if The Master of The House had Known in what part of The Night The Thief was Coming, He Would Have Stayed Awake And Would NOT have Let His House Be broken into.  Therefore you Also Must Be Ready, For The Son of Man IS Coming at An Hour you Do NOT Expect."....

Matthew 28:18-20 (ESV)...."And Jesus Came and Said to them, 'All Authority in heaven and on earth Has Been Given to Me.  Go Therefore And Make disciples of All nations, Baptizing them in The Name of The Father and of The Son and of The Holy Spirit, Teaching them To Observe All That I Have Commanded you.  And Behold, I AM With you Always, to The End of The Age.'”....

As I wind up this PJP2 PROLOG POST 151203, my pondering is Amazed that there is so much we do not and will not Know or Understand within our lifetimes.  Part of these, as we Read The Spirit tell Daniel, have been Sealed Up by God The Father until the appropriate time.  Why?  Well, what I am Hearing The Spirit Say is that, at least for me, I could NOT Handle God's Revelation of His Entire Story.  Second, what I am Hearing is our Focus, even during these seemingly darkened days, is to be on Him, our One True and Eternal Light.  Lastly, as I have shared many times before, Our Lord Jesus has this firmly in His Grasp and His Plan.  His First Advent's Mission was to provide us The Bridge (Himself) to Reconcile and Restore our Right Relationship with God The Father.  His Second Advent, as we see throughout Isaiah, Jeremiah, Ezekiel, Daniel and Revelation will be to tie up the loose ends.

Thus, my Prayer for us today - First, I would Ask our Lord Jesus to Provide His Presence, Peace and Comfort for the victims, loved ones and community in California that just experienced this tragic attack yesterday.  Second, I would Pray The Holy Spirit Strengthen and Encourage us to Focus on Him and His Presence in our Lives.  Third, I would Ask God The Father to Empower and Embolden us to Share His Story and be Obedient to The Law of Christ (meaning Help us to Love one another and to Love The Lord our God with All our Heart, Soul, Strength and Mind).  Lastly, Lord Jesus, Guide us to be Your Hands and Feet, meeting the needs of those around us in the Way You Know they need.

May His Light and Love be with you and yours today and forevermore.  Amen/Amen....jaj
